Welcome to turbo6f. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and turbo6f ("Platform", "We", "Us" or "Our"), which operates the website accessible at https://turbo6f.cam and any associated mobile interfaces or applications.

By creating an account, accessing any feature of the platform, depositing funds or accepting any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must not use the turbo6f platform or any of its services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this document or who violates any applicable provision.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on turbo6f, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. turbo6f enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities. This requirement applies regardless of any lower age threshold that may exist in any other jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of, or on behalf of, any commercial entity for wagering purposes.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by turbo6f or any other platform or regulatory body to which you are subject.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, and you have satisfied yourself that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account on turbo6f that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You will maintain only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent Account closure.

turbo6f reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawals or Account closure at the Platform's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify turbo6f immediately by contacting our support team. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account, but we cannot accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised use where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

Account information including name, date of birth and national identification details must be accurate and complete at the time of registration and must be kept current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement. turbo6f reserves the right to close any Account where deliberate misrepresentation is identified and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

turbo6f accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, which may include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong, subject to availability and account eligibility. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated.

Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method or promotional condition. It is your responsibility to review the minimum and maximum deposit thresholds applicable to your chosen method before initiating any transfer.

Withdrawal processing is subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. turbo6f targets processing of most approved withdrawals within 60 minutes for eligible e-wallet and DuitNow/FPX transactions, though this timeline is not a guarantee and may be extended where additional verification, bank maintenance or unusual transaction volumes apply.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own verified name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• turbo6f reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals that exceed stated thresholds or that present unusual patterns relative to the Account's transaction history.
• Any transaction fees charged by a third-party payment provider are the responsibility of the Account holder unless turbo6f expressly states otherwise in a specific promotional context.
• Deposits must be used for wagering and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash equivalent outside the normal withdrawal process.

turbo6f may offer promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, cashback schemes, free bets, birthday rewards and referral incentives. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general provisions of this Agreement.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all Bonus Funds credited to an Account:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the relevant promotion (for example, 10x, 18x or 35x) on eligible games before any resulting balance may be withdrawn.
• Maximum wager during bonus play: While Bonus Funds form part of the active balance, individual wagers may be capped, typically in the range of MYR 250–500 per round or transaction depending on the promotion.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while table games, live casino games and certain specialty products may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). The applicable rate for each game type is specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement will expire after the period stated in the promotion, commonly 7, 14 or 30 calendar days from the date of credit.
• Maximum cash-out: Certain promotions place a ceiling on the amount of bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn. Where such a cap applies, it will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse and collusion: turbo6f reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of systematic exploitation, collusion, use of prohibited betting patterns or any other conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a promotion.

Bonus offers are generally available to eligible accounts only and may be restricted by jurisdiction, payment method or prior bonus history. turbo6f reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the turbo6f platform operate in accordance with the rules published within each individual game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and general platform documentation, the specific in-game rules shall prevail for that game.

Sports betting markets are offered on a range of events, including but not limited to EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, esports tournaments and other international fixtures. Settlement of bets is governed by the event-specific rules published on the relevant market page and by the general sports betting rules documented separately on the Platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure or any other interruption affecting the integrity of a game or bet, turbo6f reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and to return the relevant stake to the Account holder. turbo6f shall not be liable for any potential winnings that would have arisen had the interrupted session been completed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the turbo6f platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using any alias, false identity or third-party details.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to interfere with, exploit or manipulate the normal operation of the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, pricing mistakes or any other technical fault for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, sports results or promotional conditions.
• Providing false identity, age or address information at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment wagering.

All content on the turbo6f platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of turbo6f or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, frame or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of turbo6f.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, turbo6f and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

turbo6f does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Service may be suspended for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, regulatory compliance or events beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

turbo6f is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. Gambling is intended solely as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. We strongly encourage all Account holders to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders and voluntary self-exclusion.

turbo6f reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which turbo6f holds its applicable international operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitral bodies as determined by the applicable licensing framework.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling is subject to domestic legislation and accept full personal responsibility for determining the lawfulness of their participation in the services offered by turbo6f within their own jurisdiction. turbo6f does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
